Wisconsin's implied warranty of habitability is codified in Wis. Stat. § 704.07, which outlines the default maintenance obligations for both landlords and tenants. Landlord's Default Maintenance Duties
Under § 704.07, Wisconsin landlords are responsible for:
Structural and Major Systems
