Built by Landlords, for Landlords

Landager was born from a simple frustration — managing a handful of rental properties shouldn't require enterprise software or a shoebox of receipts.

Why We Built Landager

The property management software market has a gap. On one side, enterprise tools costing $35–$60/month serve property managers with hundreds of units. On the other side, small landlords piece together spreadsheets, text messages, and paper files. There was no tool that gave independent landlords with 1–50 units the power of enterprise software in an interface simple enough to use in 2 minutes. So we built one.

What We Believe

Simplicity over complexity.

Every feature is designed for landlords, not property managers. If a feature doesn't serve someone with 1–50 units, it doesn't belong in Landager.

Accessibility over gatekeeping.

34+ languages and growing every day. A free tier that works. Contextual help on every metric. We believe property management software should work for everyone — regardless of language, age, or computer skills.

Data ownership over lock-in.

Self-hosted PostgreSQL architecture means your data is yours. No vendor lock-in. No third-party data selling.

Quality over shortcuts.

Premium design. GSAP animations. Dark mode. Production-grade tech stack. Landager should feel like a tool worth paying for — even when you're using it for free.
