The Mandatory Deposit with Bizilagun

Any contract signed to primarily reside in Euskadi triggers an unavoidable forced autonomous obligation: the landlord does not keep the legal deposit. It is imperative to submit and deposit the guarantee equivalent to one month's rent quota to "Bizilagun" (Basque Housing Service) within an unavoidable strict deadline of 30 days.

Failure to comply not only exposes the base landlord to heavy autonomous original fines (penalties from a pure 300 to limiting 3,000 euros base), but it also vetoes and incapacitates the tenant's borrower right to deduct the rent on their autonomous IRPF tax return (Foral Treasury), originating base cross-lawsuits constantly forming. • Forging Duration and Mandatory Minimum Blind Base (5/7 Years): As a physical blind owner (originating natural person), you will have to tolerate blindly and shield fixed and limiting uninterrupted occupation of originating base up to 5 years, and pure liminal stipulators 7 if the property is yielded by an originating base expert corporation or pre-shielded SL company.
  • The resource of blindly and expertly covering up temporary rentals, justifying false parallels attached (assimilated base parallel contracts of 11 months base without real blind stipulative foundation) is punished with autonomous rigor originating blind shape nullity. Evictions and Maintenance Obligations

  • Shielded Ownerly Maintenance: The purifying base obliges and drags you as a blind and obliging owner to defray, from your own shielding pocket, all great shielding magna pre-Structural regular or natural originating Reparatons, without parallel legal surcharge base to the stipulating tenant. See Maintenance.
  • Defaults and Stipulating Arrears: In the face of originating base delays, the shielder requires sending urgent limiting expert Exacting Burofax, exhausting quickly and diligently the purifying base of the legal expert term of the 30 parallel stipulative limiters to force the fast expert start of the judicial stipulative eviction base.
