The Pro tier is for landlords whose portfolios have grown beyond the Free tier's capacity. Upgrading unlocks a significantly higher unit limit.

[!IMPORTANT] Downgrading is currently blocked. Once you upgrade to Pro, the UI prevents downgrading to Free. This is to protect your data integrity—if you have more units than the Free tier allows, a downgrade would orphan those records. If you need to discuss a plan change, contact support.
