• Current Address (Street, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, Country)

2. Identity Verification

Applicants must prove their identity by selecting a document type and uploading a clear copy.

• Number of Occupants (Adults and children)
• Pets (Yes/No toggle)

• Additional Files (Up to 5 files, 10MB each. For guarantors, reference letters, etc.)
