Once a tenant submits their screening application, you can review all the information and documents from your Landager dashboard.

Finding Screening Submissions

1. Navigate to the Tenants page from the sidebar
2. Look for tenants with a screening status of "View" — this means a submission is ready for review
3. Click on the tenant's name to open their profile

Reviewing the Application

The tenant's profile will display all submitted screening data:

Personal Details

• Name, date of birth, nationality
• Phone number and current address

Identity Verification

• Document type and number
• Uploaded ID scan or photo (click to view full size)

Financial Information

• Employment status and employer name
• Reported monthly income
• Uploaded income documentation

Rental References

• Previous landlord name and contact details
• You can reach out to references directly using the provided contact information

Additional Information

• Planned move-in date and occupants
• Pet information
• Any additional notes from the tenant
• Additional uploaded documents

Viewing Uploaded Documents

Uploaded documents can be viewed directly in the browser:

• Images: Display inline with zoom capability
• PDFs: Open in a new tab for full viewing
• Word documents: Can be downloaded for review

Making a Decision

After reviewing the application, you can proceed to:

1. Create a lease for approved tenants by navigating to lease management
2. Add notes to the tenant profile for your records
3. Contact the tenant directly using their provided email or phone number

Tips for Effective Screening

• Verify references: Contact previous landlords to confirm rental history
• Cross-check documents: Ensure the name on ID matches the application
• Review income ratios: A common guideline is rent should not exceed 30-40% of monthly income
• Document your decision: Use tenant notes to record your assessment
