- Navigate to your Main Dashboard.
- Locate the Export Reports quick-action card (typically at the bottom of the dashboard).
- Click on the data category you want to export (e.g., "Rent & Leases", "Expenses", "Maintenance").
- Select "PDF" as the format.
- Your browser will instantly download a
.pdffile.
