Managing Your Profile & Account Settings

How to update your name, email, phone, upload a profile avatar, set your rent due day, change language, and view your subscription.

Your Settings page is the central hub for managing your account identity, operational preferences, and subscription status.

Accessing Settings

Click the Settings icon in the bottom of the sidebar, or navigate directly to Settings.

Profile Information

Updating Your Name, Email, and Phone

  1. Open the Profile section.
  2. Edit your Full Name, Email Address, or Phone Number.
  3. Click "Save Changes".

Uploading a Profile Avatar

  1. Click on the avatar placeholder (or your current photo).
  2. Upload a new image.
  3. The avatar appears throughout the dashboard and in the sidebar for team identification.

Operational Preferences

Setting Your Default Rent Due Day

This is one of the most important settings in Landager. It defines which day of the month rent is globally expected.

Changing Your Dashboard Language

Landager supports multiple languages. Select your preferred language from the dropdown and the entire UI (labels, buttons, messages, notifications) will instantly translate. See Multilingual Support for the full list.

Account Security

Changing Your Password

For credential-based accounts (email + password), you can update your password from the Settings page. See How to Change Your Password.

Note: If you signed up via Google OAuth, password management is handled through your Google Account directly.

Subscription Status

The bottom of the Settings page displays:

  • Current Plan: Free or Pro.
  • Unit Limit: How many units your plan supports.
  • Account Created: The exact date you signed up.
  • Upgrade Button: Direct link to the Upgrade page.
