Screening Statuses Explained: Request, Requested, View
Understanding the three screening statuses in Landager and what each means for your tenant management workflow.
Landager uses three screening statuses to track the progress of each tenant's screening process. Understanding these statuses helps you manage your screening workflow efficiently.
The Three Statuses
Request
Meaning: Screening has not yet been sent to this tenant.
This status appears when:
- You created a tenant without enabling screening
- You want to send a screening invite later
Action: Click the "Request" button to generate and send a screening link to the tenant's email.
Requested
Meaning: A screening invite has been sent and is awaiting the tenant's response.
This status appears when:
- You created a tenant with screening enabled
- You manually triggered a screening request
What to expect: The tenant will receive an email with a secure link. They need to verify their email with an OTP code and then fill out the screening form.
Action: Wait for the tenant to complete the form. You can re-send the invite if needed.
View
Meaning: The tenant has submitted their screening application and it's ready for your review.
This status appears when:
- The tenant successfully completed and submitted the screening form
Action: Click "View" to open the tenant's profile and review all submitted information and documents.
Status Flow
Request → Requested → View
- Request: Available to send
- Requested: Sent, waiting for tenant
- View: Submitted, ready for review
Where to See Statuses
Screening statuses are visible in:
- The tenant list on the Tenants page (as badges/buttons)
