What are Listings in Landager?
Overview of Landager's vacant unit listing feature for creating, managing, and syndicating rental advertisements directly from your dashboard.
When a unit becomes Vacant, it's losing money every single day. Landager's Listings feature helps you fill vacancies faster by creating professional rental advertisements directly from your property management data.
Creating a Listing
- Navigate to the Listings page in the sidebar.
- Click "Create Listing".
- Select the Property and Unit that's vacant.
- Fill in the listing details:
- Title: A compelling headline (e.g., "Spacious 2BR/2BA in Downtown Sunset Towers").
- Description: Detailed description of the space, neighborhood, and amenities.
- Rent Amount: The advertised monthly rent.
- Photos: Upload attractive images of the unit.
- Amenities: Check off applicable features (parking, washer/dryer, AC, etc.).
- Pet Policy: Specify if pets are allowed and any restrictions.
- Available Date: When the unit is ready for move-in.
Syndication Channels
Select where you want the listing to appear. Landager supports syndicating your listing details to various channels to maximize exposure.
Tracking Performance
Each listing tracks:
- Views: How many people have seen the advertisement.
- Inquiries: How many people have reached out about the unit.
This data helps you optimize your listing titles, descriptions, and photos for better performance.
The Listings-to-Lease Pipeline
The goal of every listing is to convert a vacant unit into an occupied one:
- Create a Listing → Attract inquiries.
- Screen applicants → Select a tenant.
- Create a Tenant Profile for the selected applicant.
- Create a New Lease binding the tenant to the vacant unit.
- Deactivate the listing.
- The unit status automatically flips to Occupied.
