Understanding Landager Free vs. Pro Plans
A clear breakdown of Landager's subscription tiers. Learn exactly what features are included in the Free plan, what you get by upgrading to Pro, and how the upgrade process works via Lemon Squeezy.
At Landager, we believe software pricing should be simple and transparent. No hidden fees, no confusing tiers, and no surprises.
We offer two plans: Free and Pro. This guide explains the exact differences and helps you decide which is right for your property management needs.
The Free Plan
The Free plan is designed for landlords who are getting started or who manage a small number of units.
What's included:
- A limited number of rentable units
- Full access to Properties, Units, Tenants, and Leases
- Rent payment tracking and receipt generation
- Expense tracking with receipt/invoice uploads (up to 30 MB per file)
- Maintenance request management with vendor assignment
- Dashboard analytics and export reports (PDF and Excel)
- Vendor Directory for managing contractors
- Support Tickets to contact the Landager team
- Multilingual interface (English, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Bulgarian, and more)
- Activity Logs for a full audit trail of all actions
The Free plan is entirely free, forever. No credit card required.
The Pro Plan
If your portfolio is growing and you need more capacity, the Pro plan increases your unit limit so you can manage more properties from one dashboard.
What's included (everything in Free, plus):
- Higher unit limit to accommodate larger portfolios
- All the same powerful features with more room to scale
Understanding Unit Limits
Your dashboard shows your current unit count versus your subscription's unit limit. Landager provides visual warnings to keep you informed:
- Yellow indicator: You're approaching your unit limit (over 50% usage)
- Red indicator: You've reached your unit limit (100% usage)
If you hit your limit, you'll need to upgrade to add more units.
How to Upgrade
When you're ready to upgrade from the Free plan to Pro:
- Navigate to the Upgrade page from the sidebar or dashboard prompt.
- Compare the Free vs. Pro features and unit limits.
- Click Upgrade — you'll be redirected to a secure Lemon Squeezy checkout page.
- After payment, you'll land on a Welcome success page confirming your upgrade.
Your new unit limit takes effect immediately.
Can I Downgrade?
To protect your data and prevent accidental loss of access, downgrading is blocked in the UI. If you have specific billing needs, please reach out to our team via a Support Ticket.
Viewing Your Subscription Status
You can always check your current plan, subscription status, and unit limits from the Settings page under the subscription section.
