Core Features: What Does Landager Actually Do?

Landager centralizes your entire rental operation into one clean dashboard. Here is what you can accomplish:

1. Property & Unit Tracking: Maintain a complete database of every building and unit you manage. Track property types (Single Family, Multi-Unit, Apartment, Land, Commercial), addresses, and unit details including bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and rent amounts.
2. Tenant & Lease Management: Store tenant contact information and emergency contacts. Create leases that link tenants to units with configurable rent amounts, security deposits, late fees, and due dates. Upload signed lease documents and move-in condition photos directly to each lease record.
3. Rent Payment Tracking & Receipts: Manually log rent payments with full details — amount, method (Cash, Check, Bank Transfer, Online, Other), and status (Pending, Paid, Late, Partial, Waived). Late fees and maintenance charges are added automatically. Tenants are emailed a receipt automatically when a payment is recorded.
4. Expense Tracking & Invoice Uploads: Log every property-related expense with descriptions, amounts, and dates. Attach a single receipt or invoice file (up to 30 MB) directly to expense records for bookkeeping and tax preparation. Assign vendors to track who was paid.
5. Maintenance Request Management: Log repair and upkeep tasks with priority levels (Low to Emergency), categories (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and more), photo uploads, and cost tracking. Assign vendors from your built-in directory and track request status from Open to Completed.
6. Dashboard Analytics & Reporting: See your portfolio health at a glance — total properties, units in use vs. subscription limit, active tenants, rent collected vs. expected, and open maintenance requests. Export your dashboard data as PDF reports with one click (Excel export is not available in the UI).
7. Vendor Directory: Maintain a directory of contractors and service providers. Assign vendors to maintenance requests and expenses directly using the inline picker.
8. Support Tickets: Contact the Landager support team through a built-in helpdesk with threaded replies and file attachments.
9. Multilingual Interface: The entire dashboard is available in multiple languages including English, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Bulgarian, and more.
