When your portfolio grows from 3 properties to 30, scrolling through a massive list becomes inefficient. Landager's Properties page provides powerful filtering and search tools to help you find exactly what you're looking for instantly.

Using the Search Bar

The fastest way to find a specific property is using the search bar located at the top of the properties list.

  1. Click into the Search field.
  2. Type any part of the Property Name or Address.
  3. The table will instantly update as you type, narrowing down the results to match your query.

Example: Typing "Sunset" will instantly filter the list to show "Sunset Towers," "Sunset Duplex," or any property physically located on "Sunset Blvd."

Filtering by Property Type

If you want to view a specific segment of your portfolio, you can filter by property category.

Look for the "Type" filter near the search bar. You can isolate the list to show only:

  • Single Family
  • Multi Unit
  • Apartment
  • Commercial
  • Land

This is especially useful if you're managing mixed portfolios and want to review just your residential or just your commercial locations.

Sorting the Data Table

Clicking on the column headers in the property table allows you to sort your data alphabetically or numerically.

  • Name: Sort alphabetically A-Z or Z-A based on the property name.
  • Address: Organize the list geographically by street name.
  • Type: Group properties of the same category together.
  • Total Units: Sort by building size from smallest to largest or vice versa.

Click the column header once to sort ascending, and click it again to reverse the order to descending.

Navigating Pagination

To keep the application running lightning-fast, the property list breaks large portfolios into separate pages.

If you have more properties than fit on a single screen, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to click through to page 2, page 3, etc. You can also adjust the "Rows per page" setting to display more properties simultaneously before requiring you to click to the next page.
