As years pass, your list of past tenants will begin to outnumber your active ones. Tenants Directory poskytuje výkonné nástroje pro vyhledávání a filtrování, které zajistí, že uvidíte pouze lidi, kteří jsou pro vás dnes relevantní.

By default, the Tenant Directory displays everyone — both Active and Past tenants. Pro vyčištění zobrazení:

3. The table instantly hides all past tenants, leaving you a clean list of the people currently living in your buildings.

Pro Tip: We recommend doing this immediately upon opening the page if you are looking to contact someone about an immediate maintenance issue.

If you manage hundreds of units, manually scrolling — even through a filtered active list — is inefficient.

1. Klikněte do pole Hledat.
2. Type the tenant's First Name, Last Name, or Email Address.

Clicking on the column headers in the tenant table allows you to sort the roster alphabetically.

• Name: Sort alphabetically A-Z or Z-A based on the tenant's first name.
• Email: Group specific email domains or sort alphabetically.

When your roster exceeds the default row limit, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to click through to subsequent pages. You can adjust the "Rows per page" setting to view more or fewer tenants at a time.
