How to Sign Up with Email and Password

Creating a Landager account with email and password is the most straightforward way to get started. The entire process takes under two minutes and requires no credit card for the Free plan.

What You Need

To register, you only need three things:

• A Full Name (your legal name or business name)
• A valid email address
• A strong password

Step-by-Step Registration

1. Navigate to the Sign Up page.
2. Enter your Full Name. This will appear on your profile and in exported reports, so use the name you want associated with your property management business.
3. Enter your Email Address. This becomes your login identifier and is used for password reset if you ever forget your credentials.
4. Create a Password. We recommend at least 12 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
5. Click "Create Account".

What Happens After Sign-Up

Once your account is created:

1. You're redirected to the Welcome page with getting-started tips.
2. The onboarding flow prompts you to create your first property.
3. After creating your first property, the full Dashboard unlocks with all features available.

Password Security

Your password is never stored in plaintext. Landager uses bcrypt hashing to securely hash your password before storing it. Even our own database administrators cannot see or recover your actual password.

Tips for a Strong Password

• Use at least 12 characters
• Mix uppercase and lowercase letters
• Include numbers and symbols
• Avoid common words, birthdays, or sequential patterns
• Don't reuse passwords from other websites
