Problem 1: "I enter my password but it says invalid credentials"
Possible causes and solutions:
- Wrong email address: Make sure you're entering the exact email you used during registration. Email addresses are case-insensitive but must otherwise match exactly.
- Caps Lock is on: Passwords are case-sensitive. Check that Caps Lock isn't accidentally enabled.
- Wrong sign-in method: If you signed up with Google OAuth, you don't have a Landager password. Click the "Sign in with Google" button instead. Landager highlights your last-used sign-in method to help you remember.
- Password was changed: If you or someone else recently changed the password, try the most recent one.
- Account doesn't exist: If you never completed registration, you may need to create a new account.
If none of these work, reset your password via OTP.
