How to Generate a PDF Export

1. Navigate to your Main DashboardPreview unavailable.
2. Locate the Export Reports quick-action card (typically at the bottom of the dashboard).
3. Click on the data category you want to export (e.g., "Rent & Leases", "Expenses", "Maintenance").
4. Select "PDF" as the format.
5. Your browser will instantly download a .pdf file.

What Data is Included?

The PDF export captures the comprehensive dataset relevant to your selected category:

• Rent & Leases: All leases (active and expired), their tenant names, unit assignments, rent amounts, start/end dates, and payment tracking.
• Expenses: Every logged expense with amounts, vendors, dates, and property assignments.
