How to Generate a PDF Export

1. Navigate to the Reports page under "Management" in the sidebar.
2. Click the button to generate your PDF report.
3. Your browser will instantly download a .pdf file.

What Data is Included?

The PDF export captures the comprehensive dataset relevant to your portfolio:

• Portfolio, Properties & Units: An overview of your properties and units.
• Payments: Income actually received in the period, split into rent, late fees, and maintenance charges (deleted records never count).
• Expenses & Maintenance: All logged expenses and maintenance requests.
