Generating PDF Reports
How to use the Reports page to generate and download your portfolio data in PDF format for tax prep, investor updates, and bank submissions.
The Reports page in Landager allows you to generate and download your portfolio data as a PDF. There is no Excel or CSV export available in the UI.
How to Export
- Navigate to Reports under "Management" in the sidebar.
- Generate your PDF report.
What Data is Included
The PDF report compiles comprehensive snapshots across your entire portfolio:
- Portfolio: Overall portfolio summary.
- Properties and Units: Names, addresses, types, bedroom/bathroom counts.
- Payments: Income actually received in the period, split into rent, late fees, and maintenance charges (deleted records never count).
- Expenses: All operational costs with vendor attribution.
- Maintenance: All work orders with priority, category, status, and cost data.
Export Timing
[!TIP] Exports are snapshots of the exact moment you click download. Schedule your exports strategically—the best time for a monthly report is on the 1st of the following month, after all payments have been logged and the prior month's data is complete.
