Completing Your Profile for a Professional Setup

Your Landager profile is the foundation of your dashboard experience. Taking a few minutes to fill it out completely ensures your account looks professional and that default settings are configured for your needs.

1. Profile Information

Your profile details appear across the dashboard and in exported reports.

1. Open the avatar/name menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.
2. Under the Profile section, complete the following:
   • Name: Enter your legal name or business name (e.g., "John Doe" or "Apex Property Management").
   • Time Zone: Set your local time zone for accurate date tracking.
   • Default Currency: Choose your display currency from 35 supported options.
3. Click Save to update.

2. Uploading Your Avatar

Currently, Landager does not support custom avatar or company logo uploads. This feature is not available yet.

3. Setting Your Preferred Language

Landager's entire interface is available in 34 languages. To switch:

1. Click the globe icon in the header of the dashboard.
2. Select your preferred language from the dropdown.
3. Supported languages include English, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Bulgarian, and more. Right-to-left languages are also supported.
4. All labels, buttons, messages, and navigation will update immediately.

4. Configuring the Default Rent Due Day

Set when rent is due across your portfolio:

1. In Settings, find the Default Rent Due Day option.
2. Select a day from the 1st through 31st of each month (short months will automatically use their last day).
3. This default applies when creating new leases, though you can override it per individual lease.

Setting this now saves time every time you create a new lease.

5. Subscription Overview

Your Settings page also shows your current subscription status:

• Current Plan: Starter, Essentials Plus, or Premium
• Trial Status: Whether you are currently on a free trial
• Manage Billing: A link to open the Lemon Squeezy portal to manage your subscription

If you need more capacity, you can upgrade or switch plans on the Upgrade page (/dashboard/upgrade).

Why a Complete Profile Matters

• Exported Reports: PDF exports from the dashboard include your profile information.
• Professional Appearance: A completed profile makes your dashboard feel polished and organized.
• Correct Defaults: Setting your language and rent due day upfront prevents repetitive configuration when adding new leases.
