Landager is an incredible digital filing cabinet, but there are times when you need physical documentation. Whether you're heading into a contentious tenant meeting or preparing data for your CPA, the system offers simple extraction methods.

Printing a Specific Lease Summary

If you need a quick, readable summary of a tenant's financial obligations and move-in condition before a meeting:

1. Navigate directly to the Lease Detail View of the specific contract.
2. The page is designed to be highly readable.
3. Simply use your browser's native print function (Ctrl+P on Windows, Cmd+P on Mac).
4. For the cleanest output, ensure your browser print settings have "Background Graphics" turned off.

This will print a clean summary sheet containing the tenant's name, the unit location, the rent amount, and the late fee configuration—perfect for sliding across a desk to clarify terms.

Downloading the Uploaded Documents

If you need the actual, legally binding contract, do not just print the dashboard screen.

1. Scroll down to the Documents tab on the Lease Detail view.
2. Click on the uploaded PDF (e.g., "Original Signed Lease.pdf").
3. The original file will download directly to your computer.
4. You can then print this legally binding PDF using your preferred PDF viewer.

Exporting the Entire Lease Database

If it is tax season, your accountant doesn't need 50 individual printed summaries; they need a raw spreadsheet of your entire contract history.

Landager features dedicated Export Reporting functionality to handle this instantly:

1. Navigate to the main Dashboard.
2. Locate the "Export Reports" quick-action card.
3. Click on "Rent & Leases".
4. Choose whether you want a beautifully formatted PDF (for quick review) or a raw Excel/CSV format (for deep data manipulation by your CPA).
5. The system will instantly generate and download a comprehensive file covering every lease in your database.
