Printing or Exporting Lease Details

Landager is an incredible digital filing cabinet, but there are times when you need physical documentation. Whether you're heading into a contentious tenant meeting or preparing data for your CPA, the system offers simple extraction methods.

Printing a Specific Lease Summary

If you need a quick, readable summary of a tenant's financial obligations and move-in condition before a meeting:

1. Navigate to the Leases page from the sidebar.
2. Locate the specific lease in the table. Since there is no dedicated lease detail page, all lease information is displayed directly in the table rows.
3. Simply use your browser's native print function (Ctrl+P on Windows, Cmd+P on Mac).
4. For the cleanest output, ensure your browser print settings have "Background Graphics" turned off.

This will print a clean summary sheet containing the tenant's name, the unit location, the rent amount, and the late fee configuration—perfect for sliding across a desk to clarify terms.

Downloading the Uploaded Documents

If you need the actual, legally binding contract, do not just print the dashboard screen.

1. Navigate to the Leases page.
2. Locate your lease in the table and find the attached document file.
3. Click on the attached file to open it and download it directly to your computer.
4. You can then print this legally binding PDF using your preferred PDF viewer.

Exporting the Entire Lease Database

If it is tax season, your accountant doesn't need 50 individual printed summaries; they need a comprehensive overview of your entire contract history.

Landager features a dedicated Reports page to handle this instantly:

1. Navigate to Reports under the Management section of the sidebar.
2. Generate a comprehensive report that includes your portfolio, properties, units, payments, expenses, and maintenance.
3. The system will instantly generate and download a beautifully formatted PDF file.
4. Note: Excel or CSV export is not currently available in the UI.

This mass export tool ensures your data is never locked inside the platform, guaranteeing you maintain total operational control over your own historical records.
