Are there Listings in Landager?
Information about rental listings, advertising, and syndication in Landager.
When a unit becomes Vacant, it's losing money every single day. However, Landager does not currently have a built-in Listings feature or a dedicated Listings page for creating rental advertisements.
Creating a Listing
Currently, you cannot create rental listings or upload property photos directly in Landager. You will need to advertise your vacant units using external platforms or local classifieds.
Syndication Channels
Landager does not support listing syndication. You cannot publish or syndicate rental advertisements to external channels from your dashboard.
Tracking Performance
Because there is no listings feature, Landager does not track listing views or inquiries.
The Listings-to-Lease Pipeline
While Landager does not handle the listing itself, it manages the rest of the pipeline to convert a vacant unit into an occupied one:
- Advertise your unit externally to attract inquiries.
- Screen applicants using the Screening tab on the Tenants page.
- Approve an application, which automatically creates a Tenant Profile with a Pending status.
- Create a New Lease binding the tenant to the vacant unit.
- Once the lease becomes active, the unit status automatically flips to Occupied.
