How It Works
When you add a new tenant and toggle the screening option, Landager generates a secure, one-time link and emails it directly to the tenant. The tenant then:
- Verifies their email with a 6-digit OTP code
- Fills out a comprehensive form covering personal details, employment, income, and rental history
- Uploads supporting documents such as ID scans, payslips, and references
All submissions appear in your tenant management dashboard, where you can review documents, check details, and make informed decisions — all without leaving Landager.
