Unit Limit Indicators (Warnings)

Landager's pricing plansPreview unavailable are tied to the volume of your portfolio. The Starter plan includes capacity for up to 3 units, Essentials Plus allows up to 15 units, and Premium expands that limit to 50 units.

To help you keep track of your capacity, the dashboard features a Units in use card.

Where to Look

Your current usage appears directly inside the Units in use card on your main dashboard.

You will see your current unit count displayed as a fraction against your allowed limit (e.g., 15 / 15 Units).

The Color-Coded Warning System

A color-coded warning system is not available yet. As your property database grows, you can simply check the fraction on the Units in use card to see your remaining capacity instantly.

The Hard Block

If you reach your plan's limit (for example, after a downgrade or trial end), the system enforces a block on adding new units.

If you attempt to Add a New UnitPreview unavailable while at capacity, the action is blocked until you are under the limit. Nothing is deleted and existing units keep working. To add more units, you must upgrade your tier on the Upgrade page (/dashboard/upgrade).

[!TIP] Deleting Units: Deleting old, unused units will free up space against your limit. There is no archiving feature. Deleting a unit is blocked while it still has leases, rent payments, expenses, maintenance requests, or an active tenant. Delete those first. Empty units are deleted together with their property.
