Unit Limit Indicators (Warnings)

Landager's pricing plansPreview unavailable are tied to the volume of your portfolio. The Free tier includes capacity for up to X total units, while the Pro tier expands that limit to Y total units.

To prevent you from hitting a hard wall in the middle of a busy workday, the dashboard features intuitive Unit Limit Indicators.

Where to Look

These warnings appear directly inside the Occupancy & UnitsPreview unavailable card on your main dashboard.

You will see your current unit count displayed as a fraction against your allowed limit (e.g., 18 / 20 Units).

The Color-Coded Warning System

As your property database grows, the color of that text will change to communicate your remaining capacity instantly.

1. Safe Zone (Standard Color)

• Meaning: You have plenty of room to grow.
• Trigger: You are utilizing under 80% of your current plan's limit.
• Action: No action needed. Continue adding properties and units freely.

2. The Yellow Warning (Approaching Limit)

• Meaning: You are nearing your capacity.
• Trigger: You are utilizing 80% or more of your limit (e.g., you have 16 units on a 20-unit plan).
• Action: Prepare. If you are actively acquiring a new multi-family building, you should plan to upgrade your subscription before trying to import that new property.

3. The Red Warning (At Capacity)

• Meaning: You have hit the wall. Your database is completely full based on your current tier.
• Trigger: You are utilizing 100% of your allowed units (e.g., 20 out of 20).
• Action: You must upgrade your tier immediately.

The Hard Block

If you reach the Red Warning stage (100% capacity), the system enforces a hard architectural block.

If you attempt to Add a New UnitPreview unavailable while at capacity, the creation form will fail, generate an error message, and direct you to the Billing settings.

[!TIP] Archiving Units: Deleting or archiving old, unused units (such as a demolished structure) will free up space against your limit. The limit only counts units currently existing in your database, regardless of their status (Vacant vs Occupied).
