Your First Login: Setting Up Your Preferences

Welcome to your brand new Landager dashboard! If you just completed the registration process, you're ready to configure your workspace.

Before filling the system with properties and tenants, spend a moment setting up your core preferences. This ensures the platform works exactly how you want it from day one.

Accessing Your Settings

To access your preferences:

1. Look at the left-hand Sidebar.
2. Click on Settings (the gear icon near the bottom).
3. This opens your configuration page where you can manage your Profile, Preferences, and Subscription.

1. Profile Information

Your profile information is how your account is identified across the platform.

• Full Name: Enter your legal name or business name.
• Email: Your primary contact email for the account.
• Phone: Add your phone number for your records.
• Avatar: Upload a professional photo or company logo. This appears on your profile and in various parts of the dashboard.

2. Rent Collection Preferences

Under your profile settings, you can configure how rent is tracked across your portfolio:

• Default Rent Due Day: Set which day of the month rent is due across your properties (1st through 28th). This default applies when creating new leases, though you can override it per lease.

3. Language & Locale

Landager's entire interface is available in multiple languages. To change your dashboard language:

• Select your preferred Language/Locale from the settings.
• All labels, buttons, messages, and navigation items will update to your chosen language.
• Supported languages include English, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Bulgarian, and more.

4. Theme Preferences

You can switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode:

• Use the sun/moon icon in the top navigation bar for a quick toggle.
• Or set a permanent preference in Settings to always use Light, Dark, or System Default.

5. Subscription Management

Under your settings, you can view your current subscription status:

• See your current plan (Free or Pro)
• Check your subscription status and unit limits
• Upgrade to the Pro plan via Lemon Squeezy when you need more capacity
